For the duration of the massage, you are lying passively and completely relaxed, and I guide your body through a variety of movements. This helps to clear energetic meridians, hydrate the facial tissues, and gives you an entire body, mind, and soul experience.
The massage will last for a duration of approximately 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute savasana to allow the treatment to land in the body.
Please wear pyjamas, leisure wear, or yoga clothing. You will remain clothed for the entire massage, and you will want clothing that facilitates your comfort and movement.
