Thai yoga massage is a therapeutic practice combining acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and energy work based on ancient Buddhist and Ayurvedic traditions. 

It is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor, where the practitioner uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply rhythmic pressure, stretches, and gentle twisting to open the body, improve circulation, and release muscle and emotional tension. 

The massage focuses on unblocking energy lines to promote health and vitality, often accompanied by meditation and mindful breathing to foster physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. 

This traditional practice is known for enhancing flexibility, reducing stress, and providing deep relaxation through a sequence of yoga-like movements.

Please wear pyjamas, leisure wear, or yoga clothing. You will want clothing that facilitates your comfort and movement.
